Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Individuals, influencers, bloggers, content creators, marketers, businesses, and website owners may apply to participate in the Ootacamund’s Affiliate Program.
Participation is subject to approval by Ootacamund’s.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates must:
- Promote Ootacamund’s honestly and ethically.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required.
Affiliates must not:
- Make false or misleading claims.
- Misrepresent products or services.
- Engage in spam, unsolicited marketing, or deceptive advertising.
- Use unauthorized trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials.
3. Commission Eligibility
Commissions may be earned on qualifying purchases made through approved affiliate links.
Commissions may not be paid for:
- Cancelled orders
- Refunded orders
- Fraudulent transactions
- Self-purchases where prohibited
- Violations of affiliate program rules
4. Commission Payments
Commission rates, payout schedules, and minimum payout thresholds may be determined by Ootacamund’s and may be revised from time to time.
Payments will be processed only after successful verification of eligible transactions.
5. Fraud Prevention
Ootacamund’s reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity including:
- Artificial traffic generation
- Fake leads
- Self-referrals
- Automated clicks
- Commission abuse
- Fraudulent transactions
Accounts involved in such activities may be suspended or terminated without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use approved promotional materials provided by Ootacamund’s solely for participation in the affiliate program.
All trademarks, logos, branding, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Ootacamund’s.
7. Program Modification
Ootacamund’s may modify, suspend, or discontinue the affiliate program, commission structure, or program requirements at any time.
8. Termination
Ootacamund’s may suspend or terminate affiliate participation at its sole discretion for violations of these terms or any unlawful activity.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ootacamund’s shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
