We currently ship to most serviceable locations across India through trusted courier partners.
If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you regarding alternative arrangements or order cancellation and refund.
3. Delivery Time

- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 7–10 business days
- Remote Locations: 7–15 business days

- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
- Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected products, categories, or order values.

If delivery fails due to:

- Customer unavailability, the shipment may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened:
- Take clear photographs of the package before opening.
- Contact us immediately.
- Retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
9. Partial Deliveries
For orders containing multiple products, items may be shipped separately depending on stock availability, warehouse location, or courier logistics.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for such split shipments unless specifically stated.
